Presidential Dollar
Which Presidential contender will be best for the economy, ala the value of the dollar?

Who will most improve our world standing? ‘And if the answers to each are not the same, please differentiate.

I’m trying to learn from you guys & gals in the financial fields.
So, thanks in advance.

Hilary Clinton, well known and respected abroad and her husband’s economic policies were successful so the international community will be expecting sound economics and foreign policies based on multilateralism and not the unilateralism of the Bush administration. The best on both counts.

Barack Obama is an unknown quantity and does not show strength in economic affairs. His youth and energy are a plus, but much will depend on the depth of the team he assembles if he wins the Presidency.

John McCain is very weak on economics and his foreign policy is likely to be a continuation of the present administrations, unpopular with most allied countries. He has learned nothing and forgotten nothing for 20 years. He will not be able to restore international distrust of American unilateralism in foreign policy nor offer prospects of any change in economic policy to restore international confidence in the American economy. It is not so simple as ‘tax cuts’. Wish it were that easy but it is not.
