Who do we contact to assist Japan in search and rescue and law enforcement?
We are a group from Florida composed of all Federal and State Law Enforcement Officers that would like to assist Japan’s government in search and rescue and law Enforcement Duties.
I doubt you are who you claim. Your Federal buddies would have steered you to the U.S. State Dept.
You would need all your inoculations to travel to an area that has a compromised drinking water deliver and sanitary sewer systems. You would need to learn to speak fluent Japanese.
