Rescue Knife

What’s a good one hand opening folder knife either assisted or not.?
Need something concealable with faster deployment but legal in the USA, for personal defence and probably rescue knife for cutting seat belts and stuff
I have a personal soft spot for butterfly knives for the “cool” factor but they are illegal in most places to carry. Really though, any type of lock blade that has a thumb bar to open it should suffice for your needs. Just find one that is within a legal length for your area.
