Round Cigar
smoking, then inhaling cigar smoke question?
So I smoke a cigar (captain black or colts) usually once a week. Sometimes I’ll have two a week, sometimes i’ll go a few weeks without them. I do all this at while watching football games or hockey games at buddies houses, just as a recreational thing. My question is, how much damage am i doing, when i only smoke once a week, not even all year round, but I often actually inhale the cigar smoke as one would with a cigarette. I know the usage is usually limited to keeping it in your mouth, but i’ve taken a liking to inhaling it all the way.
How much damage am I doing? is this worse than cigarettes when smoked this way? will once a month really do a lot of damage? Im a young guy, and have a whole life ahead of me, so I dont want to tear up my lungs or esophagus. I also play a few sports and keep quite fit so i dont want to hurt my physical ability TOO much.

Ok, first of all I dont see why you’d inhale cigar smoke. But I guess you do. It is worse than cigarette smoke, but you’re barely doing any damage. In order for even cigarettes to truly do damage, you’d have to smoke a pack a day for a few years. So once a week is nothing, you’ll be fine.
