Scales Limited

One side of my goldfish starts losing scales in massive amount, also showing sign of secondary infection.Help?
I try to frequently do the water change (one per day). I also add antibiotics to limit the secondary infection by bacteria. Plus, I start adding a very small amount of table salt in against parasite. Over two days, nothing is really improving. What should I do now?
