Schrade Navitool multitool pocket knife. Locking mechanism help.?
Well, I have a Schrade Navitool pocket knife, and I felt like opening every tool all the way and now they are stuck. I don’t have any tools down to press down on to open the others, they are ALL up there. Any ideas? Thanks.
1) Did you read the directions? It’s possible that there is some button you missed somewhere.
2) I had a similar problem when I switched to my leatherman multitool from a different brand. The leatherman just had a stiffer lock (which I now like better). Just use the edge of a table, gripping the tool from underneath so that your fingers are out of the way, and try to put pressure on the blade to go back into place. Sometimes new blades just need to be opened and closed a few times before you get used to the feel.
