How much should I pay for a Pearl Jam set list?

Here is the situation: I went to a Pearl Jam concert a few years ago and my girlfriend at the time (who had no idea what a Pearl Jam was till she met me), scored a full set list from the concert. She framed it and put it up in our place. We break up and she takes the set list and now is wanting to sell it. I love Pearl Jam with a passion and that was the first time they came to my home town in a decade. What price should I be dishing out?
