Legal grounds for annulment/divorce?
Are these reasons adequate for filing a divorce or requesting an annulment:
1) Husband is a chronic gambler.
2) He is unemployed and does not help pay the bills.
3) Threatened to attack wife with kitchen knife.
4) Takes control of his wife’s car after his own has been recalled for late payments.
5) Borrowed a $100,000 loan based on forging wife’s signature for a joint agreement with the bank.
6) Frequent disputes between the couple; a clear indication of incompatibility.
The wife is supporting the entire family including her husband with only one job. Since he is such a useless bum, how can she get rid of him?

Husband does not want a divorce, he is depending on his wife. This situation has been going on for 3 years. The unhappy marriage must come to an end.
Would get an attorney first, then a PFA and get away from this person worst I have ever heard. Have attorney check into this falsification of loan so you do not get saddled with it, and he gets charged with fraud. RUn Run like the wind
