Small Leg

how can i lose weight on my upper half of my body i have chubby arms and stomach yet small leg?
i have fat arms and a fat stomach . how can i lose weight in these areas .. if u have a good meal plan that would be grt 2 know . plz help
I think the best thing to do to get you more proportionate is to do a cardio/weight combo workout. You need to build muscle in order to burn fat, so it’s important to lift every other day/every 2 days. Building muscle in combination with cardio is also essential, and helps your muscles burn fat faster. Together, you’ll get faster results with a better body to show for it.
With weight lifting: I find it better to lift heavier weights with moderate/low reps instead of light weights with high reps. A new study shows that heavy weights with few reps burns more fat and builds stronger, thus leaner muslce.
Cardio: You should do cardio every day you work out, but vary between intense (like running) and endurance (like walking, light swimming, ect.) Cardio will also develop your leg muscles.
As far as diet: Try to have an equal balance of everything, and everything in moderation. I’ve also found that eating your largest meal at breakfast and working your way down to a small meal at dinner keeps you satisfied throughout the day. Be sure to have a bit of protein after a workout to help build muslce and burn fat.
