Have u heard of taking flower bath plus pomelo leave will wash away bad luck and scare away evil spirit?
Yes, I remember bathing my kids with 7 (if I’m not mistaken) types of flowers whenever they were ‘difficult’ (like cried a lot, sickly, or scared). The old folks claim it will help calm the child and ‘cleanse’ away affliction. How true? Not sure.
Similarly, pomelo leaves are used for bath, especially after attending wakes and funerals, supposedly to get rid of bad luck and spirits which may have lingered.
Kaffir lime (limau purut) is also used for bathing for the same reason.
