Spring shoes, should I get these replaced?
I bought a pair of stilettos from Spring 2 days ago. I’ve only worn them twice, and the heel has already come off of the right shoe. I would think that the best thing to do is to take them back and ask for them to be replaced. Do you have any experience with Spring and how they deal with cases like this?
Take them back immediately. They will simply return them to their distributor. I have had no trouble with exchanges. I don’t know what they are like with returns.
If you think they will not do the right thing, take them back on a weekend shopping day. They will do their best for you if the store is full of customers.
