Would you help the Nazis in order to guarantee your own survival?
Say you are caught behind enemy lines, and the Germans give you an ultimatum… either go to the nearest extermination camp or help the Nazi campaign in some way or another. You do not know what they will ask of you, it may be they want you to work in the Propaganda cabinet spawning lies… or they may want you to assist in the genocide or the Poles, Russians, Jews, Gypsies… etc.
I would love to say that I would bravely defy them and go to the camp. But in all honesty knowing about the horrors that happened there when faced with it in person like that I would probably buckle and do as they asked.
