What is the deal with “skinny jeans?”
I don’t like my legs because I think they are too thin, but now I see all of these people wearing jeans that purposely make their legs look, well skinny. My sister is into wearing them, and in my opinion I don’t think they are very aesthetically pleasing, especially on guys. It makes them look as if they shop in the women’s section.
Does anyone think this is just a fad that will pass or will we all have to continue wondering when tiny toothpick legs became desirable?
skinny jeans were the original style, before bellbottoms.
then after bellbottoms came skinny jeans again (80s-90s) and then flare jeans (the moderned version of bellbottoms) came around and consumed most teenage girls. a very cute but repetative look. and now skinny jeans (even skinnier now) are in style again. the look is a more taylored look for girls, and it shows off different bodytypes better.Alot of scence girls where them, and even some of the guys. and no not everyone looks good in them. but dont critisize the jeans itself, its merely the people trying to be fashion forward that dont have the right body type that are making them look bad. and skinny jeans look their best on slender tall girls. and look really classy with pointed heal boots tucked under
