anybody else hate lazy sods and people like this?
the building site i work on has a labourer exactly the same as me, but hes a 2 faced lazy arselick who knows nothing. the boss made him his pet for tattling on the other workers. the boss told him if he seen anybody without a hard hat he was to tell them to put it on. because of this he thinks hes a foreman. hes tried to boss me about and the tradesmen. hes got plenty of serious verbals back from all concerned. ive gave him his last warning does it again hes getting knocked out. today i shifted 2 tonne of rubble on my own in an hour no big deal, everytime i went to the skip there he was standing idle with his hands in his pockets. on the very last shovel full and because the big boss came on site only then did he shift his arse and lifted the last bin full of rubble hoping the big boss seen him thinking he did all the work. i couldnt care about the bosses opinions of me. i do my work and get paid. id sooner die a pauper than be an arselick or an informer of workmates. advice welcome
Tempting as it may be to give him a smack – you will lose your job. You and the guys have to set him up. Tell the boss that you have a bad back and could the other labourer shift a few ton of rubble “just for today” until your back feels better? I bet the electricians could think of a few other shocking ways of setting the arsehole up too! lol
