One Glass Of Red Wine Per Day Is Healthy
Doctors in some parts of the UK are giving away wine gift vouchers for red wine at their clinics for their patients. They are saying drinking a glass of red wine daily can be healthy for their patients, this is a great gesture from some clinics. They are trying to decrease the number of heart attacks by giving these vouchers away to the patients. Red Wines are made of fruits and some people do not eat enough fruits and vegetables that the body requires hence we are giving these vouchers for a good cause.
They are hoping people will stick to one glass of red wine per day and will not misuse the vouchers. Some of them are also giving away free promotional bottle opener of their new services in medical. It looks more like a promotional event more than thinking about the good health of the patient in my personal view, may be that’s why I am not a doctor. If you drink one glass of red wine per day it can be healthier as it has been prove in the past. Doctors in USA and UK have said that drinking a glass of red wine in a daily basis can be healthy for the person. How much of that is a proven fact is not known.
Red wine has zero fat with good energy and carbohydrates. By looking at that it is obviously healthy for human body. It decreases the death which occurs due to cardiovascular events. People have said that the average wine drinkers are more likely to exercise to be health conscious other than liquor or beer drinkers. In my personal view after looking at the activities of drinkers in my family this statement is 100% accurate.
Other than that these free kitchen accessories provided by these clinics can be handy for family and especially students.
