What is the difference between these two knives?
I can’t really see any differences… I’m trying to decide if the extra 13$ for the original S&W is worth it or just by the other one for 2 bucks that is like a replica of the S&W…

well, look at it this way:
the S&W is going to be better in every shape and form, better steel(440), better handle material(Zytel), and the sheath is better(Kydex) and even has a whistle, if you want the better one, it’s obviously the S&W.
for the knockoff, your getting less quality all around, cheap steel(420), cheap handle material(ABS plastic), the sheath is not the same quality(some kind of cheapo impact plastic), I would not be surprised if this knife would fail under stress before the S&W, the only advantage is lower price.
in my opinion, the S&W will out perform the knockoff in all cases, it’ll hold it’s edge longer without sharpening, the handle grips will stay one longer and not wear down as quickly and the sheath will last longer and work longer due to batter materials, also, you never know when you might need a whistle, it can be used at any time when it’s needed.
