Yellow composite video splitter?
ok, thanks in advance to anyone who can help me, i thought this product im looking for would be simple to find but guess i was wrong. i need a video spittler, from the composite end. see i want to hook my xbox 360 into my tv tuner on my laptop and my tv at the same time, but all this “video splitters” cost $100 at the minimum. and they are all box looking things with it seems 50 places you could plug something into. i just want a cord than my yellow video composite cord can plug into, than that cord splits into 2 than can than plug into m 2 desired monitors. this is kinda complicated what im trying to say so sorry if hard to understnad. hope somoeone can help me, thanks again!
Short answer – you want an RCA splitter. The connector used by composite signals is an RCA plug/socket. Stop looking for Composite and start looking for RCA and you’ll turn up lots of options.
Remember, all it is is shielded copper. Don’t go spending a stupid amount of money on it, as you won’t gain picture quality by buying cables that cost you more than 10-15 bucks.
